Young Adult Printable Forms
On special occasions we allow for guests between the ages of 17 to 25 to stay with us without their parent or legal guardian. Please call us at (609) 522-2561 and speak to us directly if you or members of your group fall into this category.
To better serve our young guests, all units reserved during these special events will be required to complete and return the Room Roster form and it's support documentation. Any guest in the room under 18 will also be required to complete and return the Parental Permission form as well. We prefer email (sapho38 @ gmail.com) but postal mail is also acceptable; be sure to include your confirmation number, dates of stay, name the reservation is reserved under, and contact phone number with any correspondence to us.
